Karna’s Caribbean Sailing Shrimp

Ingredients

2 Mangos
2 Tomatoes
2 Green Bell Peppers
2 Small Onions
2 Limes
Island Fish Seasoning
Butter
2 Pounds of Shrimp

Directions

Sauté in skillet chopped onions and butter until onions are clear. Add to skillet, chopped tomatoes, bell peppers and mangos. Continue to sauté until everything is soft. Set aside. Add additional butter to the skillet, and sauté the shelled shrimp until pink. Add back in the vegetable mixture, along with the lime juice. Sprinkle in some Island Fish Seasoning (or whatever your favorite shrimp seasoning is), and cook until all is soft.
Seve with Rice or Pasta.
